At silicone Thumb we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not happy with your order, we're here to help.
1. Returns
We accept returns within 14 or 30 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return:

The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition that you received it.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the product is defective or incorrect.
⚠️ Items that are used, damaged by the customer, or returned without original packaging may not qualify for a refund.
2. Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns for the following:

Final sale or clearance items
3. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

4. Exchanges

If you need to cancel your order, contact us within 12 hours of placing it. Once the order has been processed or shipped, it cannot be canceled.
6. Damaged or Incorrect Items
